The Spiritual and Educational Leadership Development (SeLD) Conference is the premier annual gathering for educators, administrators, and spiritual leaders across the Inter-American Division.
Our mission is to provide a transformative experience that integrates faith with professional excellence, equipping leaders with practical tools, biblical wisdom, and renewed vision for their calling in education and ministry.

Our History
2015 — Foundation
SeLD Conference was established to address the growing need for faith-integrated leadership development in educational institutions across the Inter-American Division.
2015–2020 — Growth
The conference expanded to include diverse workshops, keynote speakers from around the world, and specialized tracks for different leadership roles.
2021–2023 — Innovation
Adapting to new realities, SeLD Conference embraced hybrid formats, digital resources, and year-round learning communities to support leaders wherever they serve.
2023 — Present
Today, SeLD Conference continues to serve hundreds of leaders annually, maintaining our commitment to excellence, faith, and transformative professional development.
